Manta Ray Night Dive

Have you ever wanted to swim with one of the ocean’s most intelligent creatures? Well now’s your chance! Join us on a sunset coastal cruise and experience Manta Ray Night Dive, where we’ll take you to a pristine snorkel destination on our 32’ aluminum rib. Get up close and personal with the friendly Manta Rays of the Pacific as you learn all about their habits and feeding patterns.

After nightfall at your snorkeling spot, slip into Kona’s warm waters and swim around the beautiful ocean floor.  Incandescent light boxes placed on the ocean floor guide your path throughout the dive spot, creating an explosion of vibrant rainbow colors on the water’s surface.  While on your adventure, watch as Manta Rays come within inches of your face as they munch on plankton that are being attracted to the light boxes.

Your adventure is complete with snorkel gear, safety jackets, a variety of snacks, beverages, and wetsuits available for rent.

In order to ensure the best possible experience, you’re Manta Ray tour is limited to just 20 passengers. A certified Dive-master will be on-bard and in the water at all times to guarantee your safety, only at Discovery Hawaii Tours. No experience necessary!
